Finding the perfect name was quite a challenge. I had several ideas, but nothing felt quite right—and many names were already taken. My cats play a huge role in my life and are always there when I'm crocheting or working on my business. I wanted to reflect their presence and playful whiskers in my brand name.
Why in English? I've always loved the English language. The name Little Whiskers Crochet sounds cute and international to me. That also makes it easier to sell globally in the future.
Each order contains a complete package for you and your new buddy:
The buddy itself – your hand-crocheted plushie.
An adoption certificate – so your buddy officially becomes part of your family.
An information booklet – full of fun facts and tips about your buddy.
2 Stickers – to decorate something nice together with your buddy.

Yes! All plushies are CE-approved , meaning they've been extensively safety-tested according to European guidelines. So you can safely play with them and cuddle them.
The CE mark is an official European quality mark that indicates a product is safe for children. For my plushies, this means they have been thoroughly tested and meet all safety requirements.
Technical notes: The CE marking is mandatory within the European Economic Area (EEA) and guarantees that a product complies with relevant European laws and regulations. For toys, such as my cuddly toys, this means they have been tested in accordance with the European Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC , which verifies:
Mechanical and physical properties (such as tensile and tear strength)
Fire safety
Use of non-toxic materials
This way you can be sure that every buddy meets the highest safety standards.
Not yet. Since I'm just starting out, I'm currently making standard stuffed animals while I continue to build my business.
In the future, I would like to offer personalized customizations and custom plushies once I have more experience and confidence in running Little Whiskers Crochet.
I handcraft each plushie with love. It takes an average of seven days to complete each one, just in case something unexpected happens, like a yarn shortage.
It will then take a few more days for your buddy to arrive, depending on the country of delivery. See the terms and conditions for more information.
At the moment I only deliver to a few countries, mainly the Benelux .
Shipping costs vary per country and are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
For the Netherlands the shipping costs are €6.95
Because all my plushies are handmade, it is unfortunately not possible to return them.
