Terms and Conditions – Little Whiskers Crochet

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Little Whiskers Crochet. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

2. Products

All Little Whiskers Crochet plushies are hand-crocheted. Slight variations in color or shape may occur and are part of the unique nature of handmade crafts.
Products, unless custom made and deviating from the standard options, can be returned within 14 days of delivery (see returns policy).

 

3. Orders and payment

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will only be processed after payment is received.

Payments are processed through secure methods, including iDEAL, credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

 

4. Delivery time and shipping costs

I aim to ship your order within 7 days. Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout.
Little Whiskers Crochet is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service.

 

5. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT.

 

6. Liability

I do everything I can to deliver safe products. Please note: never let young children play with a stuffed animal unsupervised.
Little Whiskers Crochet is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the products.
