Return Policy:

• Returns are only possible if the product is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

• Personal or custom-made orders cannot be returned unless there is an error or defect.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless it was an error on our part.

 

Refund

After receiving the returned product and checking its condition, I will refund the purchase amount to your account within 5 working days.
